Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Use of the contact us button to make initial enquiries
• Emailing us directly to initiate enquiries
• To satisfy any booking enquires placed

We use the information that you have given us in order to make contact with you to discuss your event booking. 

We may share this information with carefully selected supply partners as part of your bespoke package

Your information is securely stored on our premises and email servers. 

We will keep initial booking enquiries for 12 months. We will then dispose of your information by secure document shredding and deletion of any emails.
